I offer consulting on implementations of the integrated Rule Oriented Data System (iRODS), the stewardship of data, and the Open Archives Initiative Protocol for Metadata Harvesting (OAI-PMH). On the Web design side, I can create a web site for you, starting with a needs assessment onward to domain registration and hosting, site creation (design, layout, coding, and content), and site documentation. I specialize in small businesses and non-profits. I also offer English-language editing (post-translation) for non-native speakers.

I have around 9 years experience with the OAI-PMH, and about 2 years experience with iRODS (and iRODS is only 2 years old to begin with). I have over 15 years' experience with Web design and English-language editing. Interested parties may learn more by contacting me via phone or email.
